Homogenizer
W e offer the complete portfolio of Homogenizer designed for pharmaceutical, life science, biotechnology, agricultural, microbiology and chemical research and development. These machines help in achieving uniform particle size by applying pressure and stress. Homogenizers are extensively used in pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing medicinal creams and lotions of required texture. The Homogenizers ensure products with higher stability and longer shelf life.
A solution or suspension is introduced in the homogenizing equipment, which is forced through a special valve at extremely high pressure. The large particles are reduced into homogeneous small size particles. High pressure Homogenizers ensures efficient use of active ingredients while reducing the cost of production.

Lobe Pump
We manufacture superior quality Lobe Pumps, made from pharma grade stainless steel. These pumps are used for pumping fluids in proper proportion to the mixing zone or mixing gun. A Rotary Lobe is used to pump the viscous material and a rotary pump, which is driven by the same gearbox that, delivers secondary fluid. This fluid delivery apparatus also includes an intake that can be mounted on a standard pressure primmer ram to pump viscous material from a storage drum or container.
With ease of maintenance and cleaning, as the key feature, the range of our Lobe Pumps are designed to transfer variety of liquids in pharmaceuticals, chemical, food processing, beverages, dairy and other allied industries.

Mass Mixer
 Mass Mixer is a pharmaceutical machine, specially designed for thorough mixing of wet as well as dry or lump material. It is suitable for tablet granulation process. The equipment has paddle like blades for efficient granulation and mixing. It also consists of a leak proof seal tilting arrangement for convenient unloading of products. Engineered to precision, the machine provides with transparent polycarbonate dust cover with inter locking system to view the raw material being mixed.

Octagonal Blender
Octagonal Blenders are versatile blending machines used for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. These blenders provide best results for granules due to very slow speed and octagonal shape of the container. It is widely used in different industries like Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetics etc. In the octagonal blender, granules come in a uniform way from all the sides due to its octagonal shape, hence requirement of RPM is less.  We offer Ointment/ Cream Manufacturing Plants that are as per international quality standards. We manufacture fully automated Plants and at no point, the product comes in human contact, right from transfer of raw material to delivery of finished product.
Since, all the material transfers are done through vacuum - it saves precious batch processing time. Shrink Tunnel

Double Cone Blender
Double Cone Blender is a machine with higher degree of efficiency. It is used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. Only two third of the container is filled in this type of mixer to achieve proper mixing. These machines are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry to granulate and blend medicated powders. The conical shape of both the ends of the mixer ensures uniform mixing and easy discharge of the powder.
